John Paul Pitillo is wanted for failing to appear in court on August 25, 1994, in Pensacola Florida. Pitillo was scheduled to appear for a jury trial after being charged with sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age.

Pitillo was charged with failure to appear in a state arrest warrant issued on August 25, 1994, by the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida. In addition, a federal arrest warrant was issued on October 12, 1994, in the Northern District of Florida, charging Pitillo with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
